I have a confession to make: I love being a mom!

I am the proud parent of:

• A gorgeous human boy who spends his days trying to teach me the wisdom of his early years…
• A male cat who walks around the house thinking that we’re his pets…
• A female cat who’s trade mark move is hugs…
• An older lady dog who gets younger the older she gets…

And there isn’t a day when I don’t feel blessed to be a mom.

For me, things couldn’t be simpler:

“My son is my life, and my pets make my life even more complete.”

I wouldn’t have it any other way. But parenthood comes with its own set of rules and responsibilities, and I realized this a year ago or so when my husband and I were planning to go on a short family vacation.

We didn’t know what to do with our pets!

Who would take care of them when we were out of town?  Luckily for us, a friend of the family happened to be free during that time and he agreed to be our dedicated, at home, pet sitter. Bless him, because without him, me might not have been able to go at all.

We had a wonderful time during our trip but I kept on thinking about the next time we were going to go out of town! What would happen then?  Who would take care of our pets.  What would we do?

And it is during that trip that the concept for this website began to take root. Why not create a community where pet parents and pet sitters can find each other.

Where pet sitters, and dog walker can list their services and people like us can find them, contact, meet and even hire them.

This is what this website is all about.
